Once signed you’ll receive a confirmation, securing your date and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience. From there, all that’s left is to enjoy the session and let the magic unfold!

How does the process work?

The first step in booking your session is reaching out! Whether you have a vision in mind or need guidance, I’m here to help. Filling out the contract is a quick and easy step to secure your session. It outlines important details like the date, location, pricing, and policies to ensure a smooth experience. Once completed and signed, along with a deposit, your booking is officially confirmed. This helps set clear expectations so you can focus on enjoying your session without any surprises!

Once your contract is signed and the deposit is received, your session is officially booked! You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, including the date, time, and any preparation tips. As the session approaches, I’ll check in to ensure everything is set, so you can relax and look forward to capturing beautiful memories.

1. What are the steps after we sign the contract?

A. After signing the contract, confirm session details with you, the client. I collect the deposit, and communicate any pre-shoot needs, scout locations, and create a shot list.

How do i Pay You?

A. You can pay by either cash or e-transfer—whichever is more convenient for you! If you'd like to e-transfer, I’ll provide you with the email and any details needed. Just let me know what works best for you.

3. How do we receive our album?

A. Pixieset is a modern, fast, and user-friendly platform that provides an online gallery sent directly to you via email. The gallery will be password-protected for secure downloading, and the key will be included in the email for easy access.

4. How long does it take to get our photos delivered ?

A. I typical delivery my photos between 1 to 4 weeks after the session, depending on factors like the number of images, editing complexity, and your package.

Standard packages: Photos are usually delivered within 2 weeks.

Mini sessions: These may take a bit less time, often around 1–2 weeks.

High-end or custom sessions: Could take up to 4 weeks due to detailed editing and the volume of images.

5. Are the travel fees included in your packages?

A. Yes, travel fees are included in my packages for clients within a 100km radius of Edmonton. For locations outside of city limits, additional costs will apply. Contact for inquires.

6. Do family and friends get a discount?

A. "100% yes! With my packages starting at $10 per image, you'll receive a discounted rate of $8 per photo."

7. We wanna wait for a specific season, can we still message you?

A. Absolutely! Feel free to reach out whenever you're ready, even if you're waiting for a specific season. I'm here to help with any questions or plans you have, whether it’s before, during, or after the season you’re aiming for! Just let me know when you're ready to move forward.

8.  Do you help with posing during the photoshoot?

A: Absolutely! I provide posing guidance throughout the session to ensure you feel comfortable and look your best. Whether you're new to being in front of the camera or a seasoned pro, I'll guide you with natural and flattering poses that suit your style and personality. My goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere so we can capture genuine, authentic moments.
